Iryne Rock's New Single "You Are Here"Is A Song About the Hope And Confidence We Have Through Jesus
Award-winning Christian artist, Iryne Rock, announces the release of her new single, “You Are Here.” The song is the Christian artist's second single since March 2020. "You Are Here" is a hopeful song that is very timely in its arrival.
Recorded in Franklin Tennessee, and produced by Billy Smiley, "You Are Here" was inspired by the book Matthew chapter 14, a passage that saw the disciples caught in a storm before Jesus’ arrival instilled them with confidence.
“I want people to be reminded of the confidence we have in Jesus whenever we are caught in the storm of life, whether it be a global pandemic, or something less sinister.”
About Iryne Rock
Iryne Rock has been nominated for Best Songwriter and Best Musical Performance at the upcoming 2020 International Christian Film and Music Festival in Orlando Florida. Her style of inspirational/Christian music captivates fans of multiple genres with a sound that invites listeners to deeply connect to her music and message.
A firm believer in the word of God, Iryne gave her life and musical purpose to Christ. From an early age, Iryne was involved in choir singing where she developed her vocal and songwriting skills. Born in Nigeria, before relocating to the United States as a teenager, Iryne is fortunate to have spiritual mentors, including her parents whose impact upon her ministry cannot be understated. Iryne serves as a Youth Pastor and worship leader at her local church in Maryland.
Her first album, JFY – Just for You, was released in 2018. "Fire In My Veins," the first single from that album has received international radio play and also won her the Best Songwriter award at the 2019 ICFF in Orlando, Florida. Her single, "You Are Here" is already garnishing rave reviews. Currently, Iryne working on her second album with Grammy/Dove nominated Producer, Biilly Smiley. She hopes her songs serve as tools for all believers in their worship and prayer lives.
