February 1, 2019 (Azusa, CA)

Nancy hails from Detroit Michigan and moved west to Los Angeles to become a professional songwriter. She composes pop and adult contemporary on both piano and guitar, and even played drums to put herself through college. Songwriting influences range from Carole King, John Legend, Diane Warren, Harriet Schock and span all the way to Adele.

Nancy's songs have been recorded by well known Los Angeles artist Pat Whiteman. Her songs "When She's Around" and "I'm Thankful For You" placed as semi-finalists in the UK Songwriting Contest. She was also a recent semi-finalist in The Songwriter Of The Year Contest. Nancy looks to having her original songs performed and recorded by other artists.

Nancy's song "Only A Bridge Away" will be aired on National Indie Radio (WNIR) throughout the month of February. For more information, visit wnir-radio.com. WNIR offers online radio and free app downloads on iTunes and Android.
