World National Indie Radio (WNIR) is proud to participate in World Kindness Day. World Kindness Day is an international holiday that was formed to promote kindness throughout the world and is observed annually on November 13 as part of the World Kindness Movement. World Kindness Day presents us with the opportunity to reflect upon one of the most important and unifying human principles. On a day devoted to the positive potential of both large and small acts of kindness, WNIR is promoting kindness by raising awareness and funds for homeless kids. Independent artists from around the world, in multiple genres are participating in WNIR's fundraiser for Covenant House.

In 34 cities across six countries, more than 2,000 young people sleep in a Covenant House bed each night. No one is ever turned away without support of some kind. And their services and programs are available at no cost.
